Vaccinations

All dogs participating in events the Doggie Depot of Virginia, LLC are required to have a rabies vaccination. In addition, dogs attending day care must have the following vaccinations: DAPP or DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella and Lepto (may be included with DHLPP). The rabies vaccination requirement is waived for puppies between the weeks of 10 – 16 attending Social Time. In order to participate in events at the Doggie Depot of Virginia, owners must complete the following forms:

Please stop by or contact us if you would like a tour, to schedule an evaluation for day care, to enroll your dog into training, or if you have any questions.

You may email, fax or drop off your forms prior to your pet attending any event at the Doggie Depot of Virginia in order to expedite their enrollment process.
